I have boated for 40 years and I could imagine circumstances where this could have been a complete accident....no one to blame.....

BUT

There is nothing on this earth that she could have said that made you think you could just leave her there in the water and drive away......yellow cowardess men! I hope they get sued...

300 feet off shore is the length of a football field. Swimming out that far is like playing in the middle of the interstate... only so much time will pass before something bad happens.

There is a witness who states that the men on the boat stopped and talked to her after they hit her and then sped off. This was covered in a Deseret News story on Aug 24. I looked at the comments section of that article, and there you were blaming this woman for what happened to her. You still are. If this witness is correct, these men hit her and then knowingly left her unaided. Why, why, why are you ignoring the actions of the boaters and instead placing all the blame on her?

The men in the boat stopped and spoke with the woman while she was bleeding to death. I can only think of one reason why they would have left her to die while they fled the scene.
