    Environmental types?

Where is the County Engineer, who should be raving about anyone wanting to build a structure on a flood plain?

It's so nice to see that greed has completely overridden common sense in America.

Let's get out our crystal ball and look at the future:

Ritzy development takes place on and area where "...the county used the site of the proposed development as a place to divert flood waters."

    Rain and snow melt happen.

Flooding occurs where flooding always occurs.

Developers come back to the county and demand $$$$$ to fix their ritzy development.

Where are the environmental types dmeanding "wetland protection" when you really need them?
