The other day, I watched two kids, looked maybe young teenage, take the entire green light period to cross the road. Not a car got through. Where is the undercove police or the crossing guard to speed up kids that could have made it through faster. I would have felt different if it had been an older person or a handicapped child, but not so this time. As I finally drove away, I felt like the kids were being teenagers and abusing the system.
