I might not matter to most, but to me, if he was smoking meth or crack, that would be a lot worse than marijuana...but drugs are drugs, law is law. And he did it in a tax payer funded vehicle...tsk tsk. Could he not have just done it at home?

What kind of drugs was he smoking - pot, meth, heroin?? Marijuana is no different from beer and wine, would he have been cited if we was drinking a beer in his car?

If it was pot then he'd still have been illegal if he'd done it at home. We need the law to be changed! Legalize Adult Marijuana Sales.

So I assume everybody arrested by this officer will have their case reviewed, right? Especially drug cases, since evidence will be in question.

Jway, I beg to differ with your opinion of Marijuana. To the cop, "Stupid is as stupid does." I'd have all the cops ramdomly tested every few weeks.

I wouldn't mind having all the cops randomly tested for drugs every few weeks ..... as long as we also included Obama, his staff, and everybody in the U.S. House and Senate.
