Looks like the Colts might be for real. I guess that silence is coming from Westlake fans.....crickets

No excuses for Westlake but I hope the T-Birds are ready because word is Westlake had quite a few players missing that included their QB (big difference maker), RB, DE and some O-linemen. We'll know this Friday when they roll into town!

Tbirds, where were the Westlake players? Is Ursua still playing qb or did he move on to another school again?
If this is as good as Westlake is I expect Timpview to handle them pretty easily, if they get their qb back it could be a good ballgame. Lots of talk about Westlake this year for such a poor performance. Interesting that Cottonwood felt they had to come out in a no huddle to keep Westlake off balance, they must've thought it would be a more competitive game as well.

Because of some transfer rules from players who had moved from Hawaii and other locations, Westlake was missing their "other" QB (Josh Sorenson) and stud running back Psalm Wooching (D1 offers from UCLA and UW, according to DNews). They were just two starters who were missing. Not sure they would have taken Cottonwood, but that certainly wasn't the team we'll see all season long.
