Start the project now? Are you kidding me?
What happens to this project when November comes and the snow starts falling? It's practically September all ready. Is this exit going to be closed all winter, hurting businesses that depend on the traffic it brings?
This whole "I-15 corridor" project is being grossly mismanaged and is costing the state millions more than it should.

You mean to tell me they couldn't have done this project at the start of Summer when school was out? When sports were minimal?
