Bullet proof skin that isn't really bullet proof. I think the science is cool, but the claims is silly. If you slow a bullet down enough, then the skin can stop a bullet. If it is fired at normal speeds, then it can't. Well we can say the same thing with toilet paper. If the bullet has a low enough velocity then it won't tear through.
