In my opinion, we can start emphasizing physical fitness by putting it back in
the schools: One hour of P.E., every day, all year long, just as we did a
generation ago. We can also get rid of all the processed muck that some call
"school lunch," and start serving pure untainted fruit and veggies to
go with those whole grains and pure, un-processed tiny meat and fish
portions--no chemicals or preservatives added.
