Thanks for the update Desnews. I doubt any other news agency in Utah will publish it because it removes the theme of "gun is bad" from the incident.
The dog owner is lucky he didn't lose two dogs. The injured individual would have been fully justified to put those dangerous dogs down on the spot. And the dogs still need to be put down. Their next victim may not have the means to defend himself.
Actually Zabilde, the Desnews is pretty much the last news agency to run this update. It was on every TV news station last night.
Perhaps if you are incapable of controlling your dogs, you shouldn't have them out in public.
Watch Sim Gil charge him for brandishing anyway. Or possibly aggravated assault. He should have shot the dogs.
