What is the Church going to do if City Creek flops and they realize they just wasted 4+ billion?
How do you think it's going to flop Jeff?
I doubt it will flop. They paid cash up front for the construction. They've sold half the units which bring in a constant revenue stream. They have Nordstroms and other retail chains with leases....
It's not like they have debt to pay to a bank.
Unlike our current president who believes the way to run the country is by taxing more. Think about it. If he were running a business and wasn't doing well. Do you A. Lower costs and pass the savings to the consumer. B) Decrease quality and increase the cost to the consumer C)Blame another company for all of your failures D)Cry that competition is unfair
The answer would be A if you want to be successful. The problem of being a community organizer is that the only way to increase revenue is to force others to give you money. He's running the country the same way.
