Urban Meyer won't go anywhere near Columbus, Ohio until he knows what the radiation fallout level is and what the sanctions assessed are going to be on scholarships and post season play. He's very short term oriented...check his track record... "He's not even" going to hang around on the street corner for even a single season let alone a couple or more if he can't be in the big game. He finds and makes existing good programs great...he doesn't rebuild them from scratch.
