Dear Mr. Diehl and your attorneys and city officials- This is a lousy proposal, bad for the City of Cottonwood Heights, and bad for the residents of the City (including me and my family).
The zoning request should be denied, and let Mr. Diehl take the project somewhere else.
Bravo to the Cottonwood Heights residents who have kept neighbors informed about Diehl's schemes, especially since information has often been vague or conflicting.
Diehl intmidating anyone? Perish the thought (sarcasm real thick here). They ought to tell Diehl to take a hike.
I doubt Mr. Diehl will get a better deal with Salt Lake County than with Cottonwood Heights. Additionally he'll have to deal with the County police and fire departments. Good luck with that!
