Amazing.
This guy had already been tried for DUI at least once... hence the "operating a vehicle without an interlock device" and "driving with alcohol restrictions" charges. Now he's back in front of the courts because he did it again, and this time he killed someone in the process.
How many more people have to die before this nation gets serious about drunk driving?
Let's start with mandatory jail time for all offenders... and life sentences for anyone who kills another person while drunk behind the wheel.
