CHA lists Jimmer as the top PG available to them. He may go at 9. GS is less likely.
I am more concerned about the 3 pick. More people are deciding Williams is a PF not an SF or not an exclusive SF. He is a tweener. MN does not want nor need him.
There are rumors of POR moving up to get Jimmer or trading for Harris.
Is it too much to ask that Dallas goes and gets him? Both Dirk and Jimmer on the same court? Oh wow...
I think the Jazz do better at finding potential undrafted stars....Mathews and Evans come to mind...In retrospect, will Corbin have the same iron fisted control that Sloan invoked. The young guys need a coach not a guy they go out for pizza with...I hope the famous Jimmer is not the second coming of Adam Morrison. It sure seems that way.
Jimmer and Emery were excellent together. Emery kind of reminds me of Wesley Matthews, although he is smaller. He can shoot well and plays great defense. I don't see Jimmer being like Adam Morrison, but even he was he will not be drafted as high as Morrison, thus he would not be as big a bust if he didn't turn out.
Best of luck to both guards!

Jimmer will be much better than Dirk if given the chance.
To Mildred in Fillmore,
I surely hope so as Dirk is one of the most prolific and unstoppable scorers in the NBA.
Jimmer should pay Emery 10% of all his earning. Emery sacrificed in order to allow Jimmer to shoot 30 times per game at a 40% clip. One gets glory, the other gets Turkey? Or Russia.
@KamUte
You obviously did not watch many BYU basketball games last year. Emery was not a prolific scorer despite having many opportunities every game. His shot was wildly inconsistent and that is the reason he will not be drafted by anyone, not because he played with Jimmer. Jimmer pretty much had to carry the Cougars on the offensive end because they did not have any other consistent scorers, Emery included. Emery is a great defensive player and he will find a place to play professionally somewhere, but it is not Jimmer's fault if it is not in the NBA despite what all you ignorant haters say.
@ RepresentBlue,
Didn't you watch the BYU games? Or weren't you aware of Emery's injuries?
Over several games he had shin splints. Ever had those? I have. You can hardly walk. It's no wonder his shot was off for those games.
Then he had issues with his heels.
When Emery was healthy, the one-two punch of him and Jimmer was simply awesome.
Emery's workout with the Jazz dispels your assertion that he can't shoot. The Jazz brass were impressed with his shooting.
It's amazing how many face-value conclusions are drawn by people who don't know all there is to know about something.
Ya gotta be informed to make good conclusions.
