    Hopefully, the other cities in our state and the state legislators and governor will follow this example. We need MORE transparency in government, not less. Thank you, Mayor Winder.

    The initiative won't last long, I'm sure. The all-knowing, micromanaging genuises in the Legislature will probably pass legislation prohibiting West Valley City from determing its own level of transparency and openness.
