As always a great article from Adam.
One should remember the Golden Rule, that the customer is always right. Especially the foreign customer.
Be humble NOT arrogant in respecting cultures. That is the only way to success.
Remember that knowing diversities and respecting them is not a choice, but the foundation in international success.
