Not being reckless? How about HB 477?
I write this after it has been signed by the Governor. Now the Legislature may attempt to pass an unconstitutional bill and avoid input from this commission that used to be independent.
That leaves the rest of us to try to keep watch as they continue to limit input and concentrate power to themselves.
