Oh, the things we can individually and collectively get offended at. Don't we have bigger problems than this to deal with?

Mr. or Ms. "Enough," I assume you are referring to the first example in the article that deals with the misnamed car. Yes, you are correct that we have bigger problems to deal and should not choose to be offended by that mistake, which was emphasized in the article to be "innocent" and not intentionally offensive.

Unfortunately, this innocent misstep created a real problem for the German tuning shop, and you'll see in the rest of the article that this company is applauded for very responding to the situation intelligently and appropriately in a very crucial press release. As emphasized in the article title, cleverly "downplaying linguistic ability" in that subsequent press release was advantageous, a successful PR move for that German business
