Great article and right on the mark.
I don't speak Spanish, but I have looked for Spanish web sites. I initially found it strange that I couldn't find the "Spanish" links from the English side. But when I figured out that it was under "Espanol", it made perfect sense.
Japan is full of strange English, but it has become part of their culture, which I love. It's part of what makes Japan Japan.
