won't press charges unless she can somehow benifit from it. They were quick to charge Bell with kidnapping. Why the delay in assualt charges ?
Gay or not, they should not have brought the children into their home. If the men thought the children were in some kind of danger or being neglected they could have called the police.
But to be beaten by the neighbors, not acceptable, they also should or could have called the police.
There are faults on both sides, Mr. Bell should have called the police or Child Protective Services if he feared that the children were in danger. However, the parents and their friends should not have assaulted him when the found the children in his house. I do understand the knee-jerk response that the parents had when they discovered their children but it was an inappropriate response.
and wants the proper charges brought against those who knocked the dog snot out of him. He had his day in court now those who beat him silly should have their day in court. The DA needs to bring charges against those who whipped him !!
learn your facts. The children were never in Bell's house.
I'm tired of everyone who refuses to research the available facts about this incident writing it off as "He should have called the police when he saw unattended children". Whatever!!! If everyone called the police every time unattended children wandered into your yard, you'd be blowing up the police dispatch lines 24/7. Especially if you call 911 every time you encountered your next door neighbor's children on your porch when their parents are right next door within yelling distance! I'm serious. Quit using this kind of nonsense as a response to this incident. It is just not relevant and it makes you sound like an idiot. Oh, and the children were never IN HIS HOME! That was determined in court by witnesses under oath, including their OWN MOTHER! So stop saying that too.
