I'd rather see thoughtful, common sense ethics reform than the terrible stuff in the 21 page ethics initiative. Guilty until proven innocent, hearsay evidence can be used, personal and business financial records subject to invasion, lifetime special rights for the sponsors of the initiative, etc. etc. etc.
Lets make sure we are making laws that result in better government, not worse.
They brought it on themselves.

There is a different "Sheriff" Senate leader in town. Take 3 deep breathes and realize there were ethics issues with the guy who left. A DUI bill that has real in punishment with it named after our previous super star would be appropriate.
