Joy in what? I don't think it is very rewarding; there is very little reward for the amount of effort put in.
You have my sympathy. You get out of the MTC what you put into it. Don't blame the MTC for your less-than-rewarding experience. Blame yourself for having a less-than-rewardable attitude.
