Becker showed such promise going in but he's slowly turning into another Rocky.

It's a total shame that this guy knows so very little about the problem. He's still on bandwagon of idiocy, crying for what? Just WHAT is he asking for? Is he asking for new laws that will strangle the economy by reducing CO2? Does he not understand that CO2 is NOT a pollutant? Does he not understand that CO2 is a life giving substance necessary for all life? The heat trapping effect is valid for huge concentrations of CO2 in a green house, but no in earth's atmosphere. The trace gas as we know it plays no part in earth warming, or climate change, no matter what he, or other activists may think. It is pure idiocy to try to inhibit CO2 emissions by mankind all for some unknown strange god. Earth is NOT warming. Sea levels are NOT rising significantly, Polar bears are growing, Glaceriers melting is NOT occuring. It is all a huge scam and fraud. This guy should be relieved of his duties as mayor of SL. He should not be allowed to do what he's doing on public funds.
