Ten family members say he is not guilty? If Mr. Roman has been deported twice as an illegal alien how many family members are illegal? I suggest a deportation order for every member of his family is needed.

I always love this speculation thing before the evidence is presented. Things are leeked that incriminate some but not others. Interesting. What I want to know is how involved is the brother of the officer? Is there a connection there that is not coming out? Maybe I have seen too many movies. If he is guilty though, strap him in.

Who helped them get from Salt Lake city to the shed they were sleeping in? As I understand it, Roberto dumped his care in Nephi, his friend picked him up in his corvette(?) and drove to SLC. There they dropped of the corvette, so who helped them get to central Utah? (on their way to Mexico or LA?)

I'm sure these two are guilty and I'm not questioning their innocence as they were on the run. But how do they know Roman was the shooter and not Reyes? Just curious as to how they came to charge Roman as the shooter. Is it because he flaunted his love for guns? Apparently there are no eye witnesses but perhaps a dashboard camera from patrol car of shooting showing the driver (Roman) shooting I guess...just curious.

I would guess a dash cam has the evidence, the brother knows who was in the vehicle, the other office knows who was in the vehicle... I also agree..how many of his family members are also illegal. Assuming they have the right guy, this guy deserves the death penalty or many hard decades, the rest of his life in prison. There is simply no excuse for what was done.

Ultimately, it was his crimes that got his own sister killed. If he weren't buying, the dealers would not have been there. How do we know we can fully trust what he was saying? Maybe this is a bit of a cover for his own involvement.

All I'm saying is we can't just start pointing fingers at the most probable suspect without looking at the bigger picture.

These two criminals seemed to have plenty of places to hide and alot of support moving from one location to another. It's time we closed down this network of illegals in our state. The 1st step is to prosecute those who hire them, not just the murderers, but the average illegal working in a dairy, farm or factory. The 'average' illegal is the one giving support to the hardened criminals within their ranks, although they are all criminals just by the fact they entered this country illegally. Quit hiring illegals and the support system will break down. They won't be as inclined to come if they don't have a means to make money here.

Despicable we glady allow criminals to cross the border(yes liberals, 100% who illegally cross the border are criminals) and many go on to commit more horrible crimes as we see demonstrated here. Then we get stuck with bills which will be in the many millions(again, yes liberals, after paying his attorney fees, food, shelter, guards to watch him) over his lifetime.

And agreed ICE should have been there to deport the entire family, and then send the Mexican govt the bill for all costs incurred.

Yes, i agree, i believe Mr. Fox (the brother) was more involved than what is being told here. However, we'll probably never know the full story, since we're dealing with illegals, all the blame will go on them. Every one seems to leave the 'white' guy out of this, forgetting that he's a druggy. Was he involved in the shooting? Hmmmm... He's lucky he's white, other wise he'd be in jail as well. Sad, but racism and discrimination does play a factor in most cases. I should know this, i've handled cases like this for over 30 years.....
