Blech. Eagles? Star Wars?

Time for a new hobby, music critic.

How come no lesser-knowns? So Maynard's side project was there. Or local club venues? Eagles? Seriously? 311? Green Day? What is this, 2002?

Hehehehe

There's no one who can do it like the vets.

To Blech...

Did you read the opening sentence? It said "..major venues..."

DEPECHE MODE at the E-center

Sweet show from a band thats sold over 75mill records.

"Reported by Billboard (magazine), Tour of the Universe has become one of the 25 most profitable in 2009. The list headed by U2 and Madonna compares gross revenues billed by artists who were on tour between 6 December 2008 and 21 November 2009. Depeche mode is located in 20th place in the list, with a total gross revenue of $45,658,648 in 31 concerts, generating an estimated audience of 690,000 viewers.[82]"

Lyle Lovett and John Hiatt

This combo of two masters and their guitars shooting the breeze and playing some great music felt like a once-in-a-lifetime chance to just casually hang out with legends.

Epic concert

Hey what about Secondhand Serenade?

rdha

Was lucky enough to go to The Fray and Star Wars In Concert. Very cool. Don't go to nearly the amount of concerts like I used to. That's O.K. I've got tons of cool memories.

Country??

You must not be a country fan? There were some great country concerts this summer, and Kenny Chesney should be on the list somewhere. Maybe next year you can go to them and expand you horizins a little bit.

Jazz!

I'm very glad to see that the Crescent Super Band made this list. I have been a huge fan of this group and it's high time they get some recognition like this!
