With the passing of Bullen the second generation of Bulen politicians in Utah is gone. His cousin Reed Bullen who was also in the State Senate died at age 96 four years ago. Their fathers had both been in politics as well, Reed's father Herschel was also a state senator and Charles' father was mayor of Logan.
