Tell me, what is the purpose of these prison sentences? What percentage of offenders ever serve the full sentence?
The laws and punishments in this country don't mean a thing.
Up to 5 years in prison in August... 5 years=4 months. Is it the economy or is it because he was a crooked sheriff?
RE: 5 years...... NONE!!! Police who break the law should serve triple time in my opinion. If you cannot trust the police than who can you trust. Abuse of power is worst than any drug crime.... PERIOD!!!
@12:57 a.m., The purpose is to keep lawyers busy and rich, and the system does a fine job of that.
Where is the journalizm? Why did they break into a school? WHo was the other guy? What did they take?
You know the old what ,when ,why, who ect....?
They should throw the book at a former law enforcement officer and keep in in jail for the full term.
