Pierce is right to feel disgust that American Idol is about to return. This so-called television program represents the worst of modern society. Idol continues to promote contestants who are greedy, dishonest, and immoral. Rather than portraying these contestants as the aberrations they are, Idol holds them up as examples to be admired and imitated. For a program aimed primarily at teens and pre-teens, this is completely irresponsible behavior by the producers of this program.

Happy Valley Heretic

Another season of wasted space like the rest of Fox, except for Animation Domination on Sundie night.

Biker 100

I'm sorry, remind me when "Sundie" night falls during the week...

Naruto

This show just keeps getting worse and worse. In fact they should end it by having the bad contestants compete for who is the worst at singing/performing.

American Idol

love american idol. The winners feel like "our winners" or "one of us" I get tired of the media telling me who I like, and do not like.
plus look at the number of careers it has helped launch, and the total record sells in those who are on the program.
Simon says what every one else is thinking, but is too polite to say.

Idol

I hate their name, I do not worship the contestants or the winner, but I have to say that I love watching Simon crush the idiots who think they sing perfectly. I agree with everything he says. I love his facial expressions when someone is trying out and they totally suck. It usually mirrors my expressions. All the other judges can leave. I just watch it for Simon's comments and expressions. I'm not in love with him or anything, it's just funny to watch the hopefuls get crushed when they really should not be singing.
