I loved how denny said it would have been nice to roll up the score on UTAH.
But that it was the next best thing to end the game that way. As for me I am still waiting for that old fashioned Alaska seal beating that Jake heaps will provide.!!!
Denney and Jurgenson have both not been allowed to play the way us uneducated fans would liked to have seen them play b/c they were forced to concentrate on stopping the run instead of pass rushing more. both should make it in the nfl.
In a 3-4 scheme depending on the look, a lot of the time the defensive ends need to be similar to defensive tackles because it's easy for an offensive line to block a 3 man front. That's why the 3-4 revolves around the linebackers. How versatile the linebackers are in terms of blitz packages, pass coverage, and stopping the run say a lot in how succesful a 3-4 is.
Yes, Brett. I have always wanted BYU and Utah to be undefeated when they face each other and BYU clobbers them 100- 0. A fan can dream can't he.
