As a ute fan I'm glad to see that BYU can only beat bad teams by a few points and are afraid to schedule good teams. My utes on the other hand beat powers like Michigan. We lost to a great team tonight, but it's all part of the plan to return to the Final Four where we belong. Unlike BYU who can barely maintain .500 status

I can see why coach Rose was worried over this sqaud. The Eagles are still the best 4-7 team in east Washington. Wildcats beware.

For your info, this Eastern Washington team beat the same Seattle team that beat Utah at the Huntsman and beat Weber State in Ogden.

Just got home from the BYU game and got a good laugh out of comment # 1 above. What fun!

Not only did BYU spank a team that beat the Utes, but after losing to BYU, Arizona State tonight beat SDSU (picked to finish 2nd in the MWC). I'd say the Mountain West should be scared of this BYU team.

I find it funny that someone thinks BYU's schedule is far worse than Utah's. Eastern Washington is about on par as a program as Illinois State. It's just one game. Each team has beat someone decent (Ariz. State/Michigan).

What a silly argument? I enjoy watching both teams. And yes, BYU should not apologize for having a more consistent team. I do like what I've seen in Tyler Haws. New Mexico and UNLV will be tough.

I was there and BYU just dismantled that team.
EWU could not get the ball inside. and our guard line was terrific.
Of course in-Conference will be fun and we'll see what happens.
I am getting some season tickets now because this team is fun to watch and I think they will only get better.
We have such awesome coaches and players at BYU.
Win or lose, it is great to be a BYU fan.

As a fan, I am there to be entertained and cheer. I am not there to find fault with every little thing that goes wrong or question every coaching decision or wonder how a certain player can make this mistake or that mistake.
There are so very many positives going on at BYU and not just athletically. BYU is an awesome place and I think its amazing ho well they do year after year.
Go Cougs and remember, above all else, have some fun.

I go to UVU and I know that is a joke. What type of players does UVU get? Ones who aren't good enough for BYU or to lazy to drive to salt lake to play for the yewts. Foolish wolverine, just accept that uvu is an in between school before you go onto grad school at a real school.
