All the candidates spoke well and would have been great senators but with that said I am proud to be the first on the D News to say CONGRATULATIONS BEN!
Congrats Ben- you will be great! District 2 chose well.
Congratulations Ben...
Please remember the teachers and the kids.
Coach Towner
Congratulations! Utah is a better place having your influence in the Sentate.
I still say Utah is the Best "dumping ground" for nuclear waste
Please remember almost 7% of Utahns are out of work, and most of the other 93% have their incomes frozen, or reduced. We expect government workers to do the same, even the teachers.
Hmmm. The politics of it. Ben would also likely say, in all good faith, that he supports marriage between a man and a woman. Is it because of certain endorsements that he is now using virtually the exact language of groups that have made the church their sworn enemy for positions the church is entitled to hold? But that's why we all love politics so much, isn't it. Easy to hide in all those blurry and gray spaces.
Anyone who thinks Ben doesn't support marriage equality is someone who hasn't talked to Ben about the issue.
Congrats Ben.
