Comments about ‘Prison population to have first drop since 1972’

The United States may soon see its prison population drop for the first time in almost four decades, WHAT?, is Obama going to give them a full Pardon for more votes in the 2010 re-election's for Democrat's?.

RE: Anonymous: Most states don't allow felons to vote, even after they are released from prison. On the other hand some even allow prisoners to vote from prison. Somehow I doubt this is a ploy by the Obama administration for more votes.

I'm 30 years old and the only time I've ever gotten in trouble with the law is one speeding ticket. But I'm totally ashamed at our country's prison system. We claim to be the "Land of the Free", yet we have the highest incarceration rate in the world.


For you conservatives who can't read. One reason is the average age of Americans are getting older. Why use logic or even common sense or manners when it comes to taking a dig at Obama?
