alta is pretty good...they will make the state tourney this year for only the second time in six years...previous years the talent was there but maybe not the effort...go hawks
They might make state, however not even possible to win it. 2-3 players and no bench has no title
a bench. Alta shoot the lights out but if they have an off day shooting, there is no one to get the rebounds. I would bet on Riverton or Syracuse to win it all. Coaching does make a difference at tourney time as well which gives Alta a true shot if the shots are falling. It will be interesting. What does everyone else think? Is there any other teams that truly have a shot?
The teams will be hard to pick this year in 5a. Syracuse, riverton,af,lone peak, alta, skyline, brighton i hope i didn't leave anyone out. It is going to be a big toss up oh my bad i left out bingham. Man i can't wait to see what happens at state this year. Good luck ladies. Keep working hard.
I really think that syracuse team is going to be the sleeper at state this year, I think a lot of people have counted them out because of their weak region and i do have to admit that can cause problems for them.
It's not even region yet. Don't count anyone out at this point. Whether at top or bottom, things could really change in the next few weeks and region play is what really matters.
