It really depends on

whether Brown is smart enough to design a defense that disrupts Sloan's system. Since Rambis has it figured out I have reservations.

Doesn't Brown have a ring?

At least the so called "starters" are well rested.

todd on Brown

Brown is a basketball genius so figure he will

this is browns gameplan,

attack okur early and often, plunder the paint at will; the whole team falls after that.

this is sloans gameplan,
play okur as long as the jazz aren't down by 30.

If I were sloan this is what i'd do, i'd use last night as the excuse to make changes to the starting roster.

okur needs to sit after last night, are you kidding me, at least a one game start for fez after what okur didn't do.

ak needs to be in the starting lineup, period. no questions, this is sloans biggest mistake the last two years.

and korver at sg.

i suggest these changes because these are the best five at their positions on the team.

if there are any changes,
at least i'd expect ak to be in the starting lineup, with mathews at sg, but korver normal starts when healthier, and brewer sometimes starts, mathews is first guard off the bench.

game at a glance, that is about all one can stand to watch the way they play now. soon we will be back to the frank layden plan of try to win at least 1 of 3
on the road. now all we see is disinterest, half hearted effort, and apparent bewilderment. they will be playing to an empty house by years end
