Huh? You said "I can't believe George Bush and the Republicans would approve this" Last I checked Bush is not the President, Obmama is. Obama approved all of this spending. Infact he, in less than a year has spend MORE than Bush in 4 years. I'm Sooo glad that America voted for a 'cool and hip' President. You vote for 'cool and hip' when voting for your high school class president; not for the President of the United States.
