sylvester had high expectations....until harvey ran him over in the end zone.

I am a cougar fan who says Utah has some great players including Mr. Sylvester. They are well coached and should do well in the bowl.

Nope. Don't remember either of those stories, but I do remember him stuffing plenty of Cougars and Horned Frogs during his 4 years as a Ute though.

I do remember Sly dominating alabama's offense in the sugar bowl..... harvey unga has never played in a game that big and never will.

I vividly remember Sly making 2-3 sacks in the Sugar Bowl and generally terrorizing the Alabama offense while completing a perfect 13-0 season.

Of course Y-ners "can't get over it"...they have a deep seated inferiority complex that is bred into them. They have never lost a game where the other team played well even if they were dominated...it is always a case to use "Bronko's" phrase a question of lack of position mastery. That is why they are Y-ners...Y-ning when they lose and arrogant when they win. It is why Ute fans can't stand them...will never root for them...If they NEVER won again...it would be too soon!

No wonder Cougar fans are so testy this morning.

Can't wait to see big Kepa, Sly and Wright tear up them Bears. It has been fun watching the development of Kepa into a big time player along with Sylvester. I'll never forget the beat down they put on Wilson in New Orleans. I'll miss the trade mark hair flapping out of the helmet and Sly's toughness next seson. Let's go Utes!

Hawaii is above byu in the top non BCS pool. they at least crashed the party byu never has. so byu is no better than 5th and lets face it there are about 5 programs that can make valid arguments for that spot.

Congratulations to Sly, Mike and Kepa. We appreciate all the hard work and big plays for 4 years. We are proud of the way you played on the field, but equally proud of the way you conducted yourself off of it. Given the chance to run your mouth like certain zoobs up north, you took the high road and brough a considerable amount of honor and class to the Ute program. To Mr. Scorebard and every other idiot zoob who comments negatively about 3 fantastic young men: BCS Bowl Wins: Utah 2, BYU 0. We'll take that statistic over a lucky break in overtime any day of the week.

I'd have to agree with you. BYU is between the 5-10 best non BCS team to not make a BCS bowl.
