What's with the canola oil recommendation. Doesn't that just stand for Canadian oil, which is primarily corn oil. Better lard than corn oil. There is also grape seed oil and coconut oil.
Canola oil is grown from the a genetically modified version of the rapeseed plant, called canola. Although a lot of canola is grown in Canada, it's definitely its own plant.
