Don't be a hypocrite
I think those who whine and compalin about any Federal Stimulus programs, or those who are Global Warming deniers should boycott and not participate.
energy efficiency is evil. it hurts coal jobs in this state!
As soon as the state figures out how to divert these grants to the general budget funds to spend on development and government services for the illegals they will be there with open arms. There is a lot work involved to set things up in special transferable accounts so it may take longer to put in their request. Utah is one state not to turn down money but they must do it in a way to fool the feds as they always do.
Then with the strings attached to these federal funds they have to have a good answer for the citizens for giving up their rights to get it.
It is just a re-run of the 70s.
