Brewer

is a very important part of the Jazz. He plays D and has a very good rim game. Sometimes he shoots from outside but that is less important with Mathews/Maynor/DWill.

Sloan is right about the Jazz being a very poor team about getting back on D. That is why they lose to run and gun teams. Brewer is not the worst of that problem but he is one of the few people on the team fast enough to get back and stop a break.

Just keep winning. Maybe CJ will play D, rebound, run and not just throw up 3s. It will probably take him a few games to get back into the flow.

Doug

Good game Brewer. It is nice to see that all the training he has committed himself to has paid dividends. He is able to play those high minutes and not really hurt himself.

It would be good to see him be able to hit some more outside shots and have a good scoring game such as this and his other highs= scoring game against a good team though. If he can score in the 20's against the Lakers, Houston or Denver it would be a pleasant surprise.

It's good to see Brew coming to life out there on the floor. He has alot to offer with his game and will continue to work on his outside shooting.
