Is this type of reporting necessary. No it isn't. The public doesn't need to know these types of details. Mitchell is definately going to be locked up more than likely for life. Maybe the daughter wants a book deal or interview. Seems to be the trend these days say anything for money.

too good for him

I hope David Mitchell has a prison room mate that was a Life Insurance con-man.

Sit and talk to him for years and years about the differences between term insurance and whole life.

"Don't put your fingers in your ears David."

"Let me tell you about our Deferred Flexible Life Income Annuity Investments."

The behavior with the pet shows exterme cruelty. My mother did not believe in keeping pets that could be considered food in this society. This level of sadism is sickening. Anecdotes such as this only affirm for me that Brian Mitchell is very sick. He is competent, I believe. I think he is crazy like a fox.

How cruel

How cruel can people be? Killing a pet and then feeding it to the adolescent is absolutely disgusting.

Oh Mike,

didn't you read the article? It said that the daughter testified of the abuse. It didn't say that she sought out a reporter in order to gain publicity.

Admit it, did anyone else first think of a Buggs Bunny cartoon after reading this?

Mike

Prison room mate that talks insurance plans. Whoa now that would be punishment beyond belief. LOL

This stuff is all idiotic. This woman's father (MITCHELL) is NO PROPHET! I am so sick n tired of these men who claim to be prophets, so these fools can abuse woman. It makes me sick.

He doesn't think of anyone but himself. He has nothing that stops him from hurting people.

NOT Crazy

Brian David Mitchell is NOT CRAZY! He is strange and sick and twisted, but he is SANE. There are interviews found with him talking just fine . . . before he goes in court. He's not crazy.

I'm sorry

...but from here on out, I'm always going to think rabbit would taste like peaches.

Ba da bum!

Seriously. The man deserves nothing less than to rot in prison for the rest of his disgusting, miserable life.

Nut case

He is nuts, crazy, and morally disgusting, but he is competent.

This poor daughter. She had to endure this during her formative years? Then what they did to Elizabeth was escalated about a thousand degrees. Mitchell and Barzee have a LOT to account for.

Evil people...who were they praying to? Pretending to be religious. How does the daughter recover from this emotional abuse?

Lacee

This news about the rabbit isn't new. Louree talked about this in 2003. Btw Mitchell also shot & killed a dog that belonged to Louree's brother Mark Thompson. He killed the dog with a rifle, right in front of Mark. Mark was 10 years old at the time if I remember correctly.

Logic of the "insane"

I always have to laugh at the logic of defense attoreys who say their clients aren't fit to stand trial because they are "incompetent," they don't know the difference between right and wrong. But, they never seem to get asked the question, "If your client didn't know what he was doing was wrong, why did he spend all his time trying not to get caught?"

I hope the judge and the grand jury do what the public has been demanding for years to do: put Mitchell in jail for the rest of his life.

Lived through it too

Our parents made my brothers help kill and clean our rabbits before we ate them.

Why is this trial still going on? Its obvious that he did it, just lock him up. Insane or not. (oviously not insane)

man i am glad

i raised my daughters to not take the stuff this guy dished out...as it would be mitchell who would be the victum...brothers keep the faith and make your young ones strong as in this world they belong ..there are more sickos in the closet.
