Weber State played well from mid first to mid second half, but after clawing out of the early hole they dug themselves, the Wildcats seemed to tire; BYU's depth was just too much for Weber State; the barrage of 3's by Jackson, Jimmer and Noah quickly turned a close game into another comfortable win by the Cougs.

The Wildcats have a good team and should do well in the Big Sky.

It was good for the Cougars to have a bit of a scare to better prepare them for the Aggies in the Spectrum.

The difference in the game was Weber's big men could not score inside (they had plenty of shots)and their free throw shooting was not good. It didn't help that BYU went on a 3 point scoring spree.

You might want to do a second glance at that final score. It wasn't 87-80...it was 87-70.

Maybe you need to check the rebounding stats. Only JT had more rebounds and he played a lot more minutes! I'm not even the person who made the first comment, but please know what you are talking about before commenting.

Byu does have a very fine team. But This was not a blowout by any means. Weber did a good job of changing some things up to pull them from a deep hole. How much did foul trouble play in this game against a BYU team? Just wondering as it was hard to follow the game on gametracker and get any feel for the game flow. Weber will get better as they get more games under their belts. I'll take what

Hats off to BYU for making the runs when necessaary to fend off some Wildcats that gave them some runs of their own. How much did foul trouble, for the Wildcats down the stretch, have to play in the final run of BYU? I feel that Weber did give the BYU fans some uneasy moments only to see BYU have some in key moments of a good instate game. Weber will get better as the season goes on and I look for both teams to make some noise in their respective conference's. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WILDCATS

This was the first time I have had the chance to see the COugars play this year. While they looked good when they started hitting the threes I was overall not impressed. They were still killed by a faster Weber team at times and when they run into a team with real talent I doubt that they will be able to hold up.

Davies looked promising and when Jimmer gets hot he hits everything he throws up but they are still too slow.

Another nice win for BYU. I am really looking forward to the Aggies in Logan. It will showcase 2 good games with a gret instate rivalry.
