Amazingly grueling game. 120 min. . . + PKs. . .on turf. . .when both teams had to make two injury subs, so neither could get tired legs off. Amazing. And the team with more will left in reserve was going to win the PKs, so RSL is really to be congratulated!

Kinda feel sorry for Beckham and Donovan, but I'm sure their millions will be some consolation. :-)

We've been a second half team all year! Knowing we didn't give up on in the first 15 and only down 1 at half time I knew we were in good shape. Unlucky not to have won in regulation or extra time, I was confident we were going to win with Rimando in goal for PKs!

Great stuff. Nick has definetely EARNED my respect. I bagged on him a lot earlier in the year but he proved me wrong. I agree 100% that he was the MVP. I do think a boat load of credit goes to our Captain. He was everywhere for the whole 120 minutes. Thank you Yura, Robbie, Robbie, Chris, Chris, Kyle, Kyle, Clint, Pablo, Nick, Jamison, Nat, Javi, Will, Tony, Alex, Jean, Fabian, Andy, David, Tino, Nelson, Raphael, Rachid, Ned, Jason, Garth and Dave! All the hard work paid off we won the cup!
I can't wait til next year sitting in my season tickets watching us put up the banner. That was a Real TEAM out there and everyone gave us everything they had. Jason you were right the 2000ish that came were only a small part of the fans in Utah. I sure hope we have a lot more than that tomorrow to show this team how much we appreciate it.
