It's been a shaky season for Shaky because the Utes have been looking at where to use him most of the season. That, and Shaky suffering a high ankle sprain that set him back a month. He is a solid player and character guy. When you have a talented athlete that can play a multitude of positions, it can be tricky finding a place for him (QB, RB, WR, and kick returner). The wildcat or Ute spread scheme is a great way to let Shaky to run a variety of plays (5 to 10 plays a game). My most comforting sight when it comes to Smithson though, is seeing him back to cover kicks. Athletes or not, that has been a disaster for Utah the last couple of seasons. Shaky is solid (not shaky) when it comes to punt and kick off returns. PLEASE WHIT STOP THE REVOLVING DOOR OF FUMBLERS AND STICK WITH SHAKY!!

Shaky is a bust as far as I'm

concerned.

Smithson is sure hands. I love to see him returning kicks. The triple reverse with the throw down field was fun to watch. Smithson is a great asset to the Utes.
