What does China want?

Your article presumes that China wants what we want. The destruction of the US as a world power, may be something they are willing to lose money to accomplish. They won't change the value of their currency, that might be a clue. They aren't loaning us any more, maybe they have determined that our destruction is at hand, and they don't have to put out any more to accomplish it. They are developing their own market for their own goods. They are developing their own energy. Their future is not tied to the US.

Yea Ambassador Huntsman

Kudos to Ambassador Huntsman for his assessment of the media coverage of Obama's visit. History will tell what comes from this visit, but the news coverage was poor.

The US is fortunate to have a President who is cognizant of world affairs and trying. We're also very fortunate to have Huntsman as the US Ambassador to China. He is extremely skilled.

Bravo Amb. Huntsman

I wouldn't matter if Huntsman was to work miracles with China and the US in matters of the economy, human rights, trade, travel, communications, etc.... even single handedly opening China for missionary work,

The radical right-wing-nut-cakes from Utah would still boo and hiss him for not being right-wing-wack-o enough for them.

Sad, pathetic little mind-sets.

Ted

It is great to have a president who can speak the English language.
