National Volleyball Tournament
Warren Van Schalkwyk is part of the Utah Valley 40s men's volleyball team competing for a title in the USA Volleyball National Championships held this weekend at the Salt Palace. The team defeated another Utah team in its first game Friday, Sweet Yams, 25-19, 25-22, to earn a bye for the first round of the double elimination bracket that will determine the over-40 champion.

I am a BYU Alum in San Diego and like to check in on the DN during my lunch hour. While, I am a football fan, I also like to know when BYU is doing well at other sports.
The fact that the cross country team is 5th in the nation is really remarkable. There should be more buzz about this.
