And I hope this lawsuit goes to the supreme court and found too socialistic and unconstitutional and not in the realm of government responsibilities.
Then there is a 6th and most important factor in health care cost, the fraud in billing and overcharging by health care providers.
Then there is a 7th factor that deserves some very high consideration that explodes health care costs, fees that lawyers get from all lawsuits on both sides of the table. Cap their fees and stop them from percentage suits. They do not deserve 33% or more of any lawsuit, that is criminal theft and explodes cost of settlements. We can call it limiting tort reform for lawyers fees. It would reduce tort settlements by 30% alone.
