This article was GREAT however, I can’t believe the Mayor of Beaver doesn’t support local Businesses & discourage people from buying the water that employs local TAX PAYERS. Isn’t that the mayor’s job to support local companies and encourage economic growth. I guess he would rather people buy their Bottled water from out of town & then they can get the Tax dollars.
Beaver does have the best tasting water in the US.. But if I want to buy a bottle of water I will & I buy Tushar Mountain Water!!! That doesn't make me an idiot to do so. & I agree with Sue what was he thinking? should I buy it at Wal-Mart? My son works at one of the businesses & I am going to support them. But I think I will buy my stamps in Cedar...
Way to Go Beaver!!!!!!!! Glad we have a new Mayor!!!! someone that can do more than lick a STAMP!!
Good one Paul!!!!
I must be an Idiot then because all I drink is 2-O below
He must be a moron. I live in Glenwood and have a case out in my garage and plan to buy some more. It is good water. Even though Glenwood has great tasting water I would rather purchase bottled water from my good friends and support them. It's pretty much a no brainer.
Maybe the Mayor should have stopped and thought about the article he wrote a few months back telling us what doctors we should go to & to support our local businesses.
BIGGEST IDIOT? I think he should look in the mirror!
well i aint goin to the post office anymore!!!!
What about his whole campain about supporting Local Businesses. sound like that was a load of BS
For somebody who grew up in Beaver and lives "back east" I am very excited to think that the drinking water is on its way to my side of the Mississippi. I hope to buy it where I live and enjoy a bit of home. I also hope that the outgoing Mayor Foster does not view his community as idiots for buying the Water second hand from a business as opposed to just using the tap. For some of us the cost of the bottled water is worth it if we can enjoy it outside of town.
I have never heard anyone say that he had Common Sense & he just proved that.
Unbelieveable!!!
I just ordered truckloads of Bottled Water from Tushar Mountain Bottling to get shipped to Nevada, Arizona, Texas, & California. It is by far the Best Tasting Water I have ever tasted & the Ph level is at a 7.7. They have their water available in Biodegradable Bottles & the plant is run by renewable energy. Tushar Mountain really cares about the environment. I was appalled that the Mayor could make such a statement about any business in his town. In my opinion you are an idiot for not trying their water. I have met with Rowland, Malissa and other staff members and visited their facility. It is very clean & the people are awesome to work with I look forward to an ongoing relationship with this company.
We are a new Company based out of Houston, Texas. We visited over 25 different Bottling Facilities across the United States. We met with Tushar Mountain Bottling a few Months ago and was very impressed. Tushar is the only Bottling Plant that is a green Plant, they have plant ran by renewable energy, they carry a Biodegradable bottle that is also recyclable and also the Best Tasting Water. That is why we are purchasing their product.
I see that small town politics can be a problem but every Dollar spent in your small town is one less dollar that your local taxpayers have to pay and the Jobs that this plant has brought into your community also help your economy. There are over 7 million people in this country out of work and I would think that any business that can provide jobs in your town should have 100% support from their city fathers.
Well, I must be the biggest idiot because my fridge is clear full of 2-O below
Thank god for Mark Yardley I'm surprised we made it this long with our "wonderful" mayor and yes a always have 2o below in my fridge guess i'm an idiot also!!! GO TEAM
Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.
I have worked for Tushar Mountain Bottling Inc for over 2 years I am currently one of their Salesman. We have donated thousands of dollars of bottled water to various Beaver City functions. Triathlons, Relay for Life, Baseball, graduations, fundraisers, conventions & meetings. We have also donated water to other Cities in our area; they have always sent us a thank you card or quick e-mail letting us know that they appreciate it. But all we have received from our own City is a slap in the face. I just wanted to thank the business in our city for carrying our products & the patrons for purchasing them. Please try and find the good & positive in this article & ignore the negative & ignorance of some people.
