Utah 10

Loose synapses

Sorry, only BYU loses at home this season. Two home losses so far, two to go.

Ernest T. Bass

If Mac Asista does get another year to play due to his injury this season, won't that be about 7 or 8 seasons for him at utah and he'll be 29 yrs old?

If Utah...

If utah losses to BYU then they could go to the freedom bowl...

Man that's like...worse the the vegas bowl

So much for invisible cain, wynn and their invisible-ets

Utefans are gonna find a lot of humble ing right now if they do't calm down...

Y Fan, and I agree

with loose moose...Utah is lookin at the SDSU game as a breeze and a waste of time when they could be preparing for BYU... but I am almost certain Utah will pull off a win but not a shutout. surprisingly after hearing about great cain- no shutout. what's with that?

Utah 42
SDSU 17

then again utah might run up the score to show that they are "worhty"

Seniors

I've been disappointed with the play of some of the seniors this year. For one, the LB core has not played like it did last year. Part of that is loosing Kruger early and having to help control gaps more, and part is having to help with the loss of both CB's. They haven't had the opportunity to run free like they did last year and make plays. But none of them have played as well as most expected them to. Too many missed tackles, not getting pressure on the QB, and not maintaining their gaps in the run game. Not sure how big a loss they will be with what they've done on the field this year. Sly yes, but Wright and Gaison have not impressed at all.

A lot of Seniors

I didn't realize Utah was losing so many players.

Noisy Moose - again

I guess there's not enough news regarding Boise State Technical College to keep Moose busy, he has to jump in on every article regarding the UTES. Maybe the reason Boise Technical College is doing so well is that their admission standards are similar to those required to donate blood. BS U still has to get by Nevada before they are shut out of ALL BCS bowls - AGAIN. Life's got to be tough when you keep coming up # 2 vs the Mountain West Champ.

Reed grateful

Reed is grateful Austin Collie turned pro early or else he be tied for 15th in the nation in receiving instead of 14th.

rebuilding again

After after losing Kepa Gaison, Matt Asiata, Zane Beadles, Joe Dale, Tatum Drecksel, Kenape Eliapo, Junior Fonua, Ben Hendy, Robert Johnson, Justin Jones, Chris Joppru, Aiona Key, Koa Misi, Trevor Moss, Viliamu Nau, John Peel, David Reed, R.J. Stanford, Ray Stowers, Stevenson Sylvester, Ben Vroman, Elijah Wesson, Tyler Williams and Mike Wright...\r\n\r\nthe Utes will be rebuilding again next year.

Hope

you have had time to clean the FROG stompin' off your helmets. I sure hope you wear your black things again. It worked so well against Wyoming!

I hear the tune now

Loss, wyn, Loss, Loss. The end of the season waltz for U!

Ernest Bass

I lost a lot of money on the utes lase week. Maybe I should stay out of the pool from what I hear.

24 seniors!

BSU has 4 and beat Oregon! They would kick your sorry cans again too!

davidutefan

yep, these 10-2 rebuilding seasons are tough to watch

TCU RErun

Let's face it yewts........it is very hard to win a game when you fumble a kickoff return, get a punt blocked and give up big yardage in the punt return game.

Then all if left is cleaning Frogs off your jersey's and helmets as Hope said.

I look for SDS to beat the yewties 'cause they are so afraid of BYU they will be looking past this week end game.

Rebuilding?

We are talking about College Football, you lose people every year... Is every year a rebuilding year?

Utah will be more experianced in 2010 than 2009 on offense. On Defense there will be new LBs and Safeties, but a glance at the 2-deep will show that most of the players expected to step in have received reasonalble amounts of time this season.

The Utah staff has done a nice job of restocking the roster with young athletes... Utah can replace the athletes they are losing on Defense. Like most college teams some of those new players will need a few games to get their feet.

None of that is unique to the Utes, that is the story for most college teams.

brad

It is amazing how many out of work byu fans are commenting on a Utah Football story. Get a life.

Re:Seniors

So I thought I was the only U fan who thought that Gaison and Wright were horribly over rated all year. Kyle Gunther was the first one in the valley to say they they slow to the ball and that wright always tackle ten yards downfield. There are some good young players like JJ Williams who will be a welcome addition next year. GO UTES

Great Seniors

These guys will all be missed dearly. They are all class acts and we appreciate all that you have given the the University.

Good luck in whatever you pursue especially if it's the NFL. We will continue to support you.

GO UTES!
