Cleaned up "island"? Hardly. Sounds to me more like they cleaned up church property in and around Laie for free.
Yup, a pat on the back for cleaning up church property. Why was this even a story?
What good did you critics do while others were out volu
nteering their time for the good? My guess is only that which was entirely self serving.
Hawaii is such a beautiful place - I'm grateful for these good people who are trying to keep it nice.
As for the message board critics, I suppose its much easier to just sit online and criticize than it is to get out and actually do something positive. Personally, I'd prefer to associate with people who are productive. The critics on these boards act so depressing.
