Now Iverson can put to good use the education he got at Georgetown where he was a "student-athelete."
I really believe the Iverson cared more about playing for a competitor than starting. I mean, he deserves to start in my opinion, he is still very good. I know this is completely outlandish, but if the Jazz pick him up for the NBA minimum, he would be that other scoring threat that they need. So far, only D-will can drive and create his own shot. Just a proposition. Is this preposterous or feasible?
The only problem with Iverson is that the offense needs to run around him. That's why he was so good in Philly, that's the way they made it work. But as soon as he was in a different spot, he struggled, like in Denver, Detroit, and now Memphis.
Sorry, but his style would never fit in with Utah, it would only create havoc.
